What We Do
Public Goods Group works with hospitals and health systems, governments, companies and corporations, nonprofits, and funders and grantors. Some of what we do is specific to a particular kind of organization. A lot of it is not. What is always true is that every client we take on is our client, and we are just as invested in their success as we are in the communities they serve. If you are not sure where you fit, start with what you are trying to solve.
The hardest problems in community health and economic opportunity don’t come with easy answers. We partner with the organizations closest to those problems to build strategies grounded in data, shaped by context, and designed to hold up in the real world.
For hospitals and health systems, what happens outside the building shapes everything inside it. From win-win financial policies to CHNAs, we help you understand the community beyond your claims data and build programs and partnerships that meet needs before they become emergencies.
For funders and grantees, funding is never enough on its own. You need a plan, and you need to demonstrate clear impact. We work with funders, grant administrators, and grantees to design smarter programs, measure what matters, and make the case for sustained investment in the people and communities you serve.
For nonprofits, good work deserves good infrastructure. We support nonprofits with grant administration, program design, data analysis, and strategy, so that those of you working closest to the community have what you need to deliver sustainable impact.
For governments and companies, policy shapes what’s possible, and funding determines what gets built. We help you navigate both, from policy strategy and program design to finding and applying for federal grants.
