Our Team
Holly Lang, CEO and Principal
Economist Holly Lang has worked for nearly two decades in establishing safety net programs for vulnerable populations. She has an extensive background in economics, strategy and poverty-related problems. She has worked as a journalist, a hospital director and an advocate.
Lang graduated with distinction for her graduate work from the London School of Economics and, in 2017, was awarded the school’s Brain Abel Smith prize for her research on the impact of Medicaid on hospitals and community benefit programming. She serves on the executive board of several nonprofits, including the Georgia Charitable Care Network, Two Rivers Health Clinic, and the Murder Accountability Project.

Brad Leake, Senior Program Director
With more than 15 years of experience spanning state and federal government and the nonprofit sector, Brad Leake specializes in connecting communities with essential services and ensuring their quality delivery. As the former Director of Accountability, Data, and Research at the South Carolina Department of Social Services, Leake leveraged qualitative and quantitative data to develop analytical models that provide actionable insights for policymakers and practitioners.
Leake holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in Public Administration. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
